This project is an Adaptive Re-use of an existing warehouse located under the Colfax Avenue Viaduct. What was once a single-story Warehouse is now 2 stories of Self-Storage. The existing bottom chord of the old wrought iron trusses were removed, and we attached the new bottom chord 12 inches higher. There are 2 new Industrial Lifts rather than the usual elevators and a scissor style stair that provides access to each section of the upper
floor that is not continuous because of the existing barrel-vaulted roof system. The Main Office is in a separate small building plus a third building with RV Storage.
Advanced Storage Kipling - Lakewood, Colorado
This project is located in unincorporated Jefferson County just off South Kipling and Morrison Road. The project is owned and operated by T.R.C. Companies who develops, builds, owns, and operates several Storage Facilities throughout the Denver Metropolitan area. The Four-Story Building has indoor and outdoor access and is conditioned to provide climate control for the Interior Units. It also includes the Sales Office and Restrooms
located on the Main Floor, plus it has a Basement and (2) additional stories above grade w/ (2) Elevators that access all floors. There also a MultiLevel Conditioned Building that was part of Phase II.
Inverness Self Storage - Centennial, Colorado
Located off of County Line Road and Inverness Drive West adjacent to the Hilton Homewood Suites, the Inverness Golf and Conference Center, and the Park Meadows Mall across I-25, this building includes 4 stories of all interior conditioned Self-Storage. After a rigorous Design Review from the Inverness Business District Design Control Committee, the exterior finishes are premium materials of high-grade clay masonry and Cement Stucco. The Building is 125,000 s.f. of floor area, a large Retail and Office area and a Conference Room for Daily or Weekly meeting rentals. The Main. Loading area is behind the Building out of view from Inverness Drive West.

Saj Mediterranean Grill 3
The Saj Mediterranean Grill 3 is located off South Parker Road and East Iliff Avenue. There have been multiple locations throughout the Denver Metropolitan area and each location has used similar décor with bright colors and materials including bright lime green paint, copper counter-tops and back splash, and Mid-Eastern Lime-Stone masonry veneer on the lower face of the front counters. The fresh look of the Restaurant is matched by their fresh and healthy menu of Mediterranean favorites.
Tacos, Tequila and Whiskey
Tacos, Tequila and Whiskey was started in a Food Truck featuring Street Tacos. The Restaurant Menu remains true to the Food Truck with minimal equipment to create an amazing and award-winning menu. The Bar area is centrally located with smaller dining tables located along the windows, communal tables located toward the center and a wonderful outdoor seating area. The interior finishes are warm and inviting with accents of South of the Border colors and materials and takes advantage of the masonry walls of the original building.
Pasquini's – East Highlands
Pasquini's Italian restaurant is a Denver original with three other popular restaurants located on South Broadway, along 17th Avenue and Humboldt Streets and in Louisville, Colorado. The new restaurant is located in the existing 2-Story “Prell Building” at 32nd and Zuni and was the site of another previous restaurant. The storefront was completely replaced on the ground level and the entire Main Floor was completed in 3 phases.
The fun interior accentuates a highly regarded menu with old fashioned lighting fixtures, built-in bar and benches, and state of the art heating and ventilating equipment.
